Policies & Rules
1. We offer a product exchange on a case by case scenario. In order to exchange you must return the product in its original packaging. If the item is not tampered with, we will ship a new scent of your choice
2. Refunds ARE NOT made on Limited Edition Scents, Seasonal Editions, Mystery Boxes or any short run items.
3. We do not accept returns on any shower related product.
4. If you receive the wrong item or package is missing an item, contact us and we will make it right.
5. PRE ORDER ITEMS are not refundable
6. We are not responsible for damaged packages, undelivered packages or any issue related to the postal service or other shipping agencies.
7. If a discount code is used on an item which states a code is not allowed, the charge will be refunded.
